Rental Application Process

Complete each step in order. Pet screening occurs only after application approval.
Complete the Tenant Selection Criteria
Review and sign the criteria before opening the rental application.
Application and Payment
Each applicant age 18 or older submits a separate application and fee.
Receive Approval
Wait for written approval from Direct Realty before continuing.
Complete Pet Screening
After receiving approval of your application, you’ll need to complete it even when you have no pets.
Sign the Lease
Review and sign the lease electronically through DocuSign.
Pay Deposits / First Month’s Rent
Pay all required security and pet deposits, plus the first month’s rent, before receiving keys.
Move In
Receive the keys and enjoy your new home.
Final Confirmation
Continue to the Tenant Selection Criteria
After signing the criteria, a copy will be emailed to you and Direct Realty before you continue to the secure rental application.
