Adam Williams

Adam transitioned into real estate after a career in information technology management. His experience owning and managing rental properties led him to focus on professional property management for landlords.

He began working in real estate in 2011 and applies his technology and operations background to systems, communication, reporting, and scalable property management processes.

Shannon Williams

Shannon entered real estate and property management after a prior career in medical technology. Her analytical background and attention to detail support the company’s work in contracts, compliance, troubleshooting, and resident relations.

She became licensed in real estate in 2016, co-founded Direct Realty with Adam in 2018, and earned her Texas broker license in 2021.
